Congratulations to OHU Graduate Alison Brown BSc, RDH
There is no stopping Alison. Since graduating from OHU with her BSc in Oral Health promotion, she has completed the OHU Post Graduate Mentoring Course and was accepted for the MSc Programme in Dental Hygiene at the prestigious university UCL.
That’s not all! Alison is a part time tutor at the University of Plymouth dental school and they were so impressed with her action research, that she is now the go-to person for oral cancer self screening.
That’s not all! Alison’s action research project undertaken at OHU, ‘If shown how to do a mouth cancer check will patients alter their oral health behaviours’, has just been published in the BSDHT Journal of Dental Health.
Alison had never imagined that when she started her educational journey at OHU, would it culminate in her research being published.
