New Bachelors Degree Completion and Master’s Degree Program Structure

We’re pleased to share an update to our programs which are changing from ‘Oral Health Promotion’ to ‘Oral Health Promotion, Behavior and Business’.

Over the coming months, both the Bachelor’s Degree (6 months) and the Master’s Degree (18 months) pathways will be refined to better reflect the realities of modern dental practice and professional life.

While the core structure and duration remain unchanged, the programmes will now place greater emphasis on the broader context in which oral health is delivered. This includes a growing awareness of business, systems, and the environments that shape clinical decisions and patient outcomes.

Recognising that our students come from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including clinical practice, education, and industry, the updated programmes will also allow for more individualised learning pathways. This ensures that each student can meaningfully connect their studies to their own area of work and future direction.

These developments reflect a simple idea: oral health promotion does not sit in isolation, it exists within wider systems that influence how care is delivered, understood, and sustained.

More details will be shared soon.
